John H. Vanderpoel Studies, ears, and ears, and ears

Not the most accurate. The sketches from behind the ear were very difficult and looked like a slug while I was drawing it. These are all the pages with ears in his book. Next time will be some faces.

John H. Vanderpoel studies more mouths

The last full page of mouths from the book. This one took some time to do. These studies really help some of the other art I do. Next is ears!

Vårsalong ( Spring Salon )

I was in the Swedish newspaper again, kinda...
The article is on the Spring Salon here in Siljan. The article is in Swedish, but it pretty much says that the one man jury Peter Johansson (well known here) choose only 8 out of the 50 artists that applied for the show. Because the overall quality was very low. The article lists me as one of the exhibiters.

So if you are in Mora you should drop by! Its at the Kulturehus (Culture house)

Animals for a song

At church someone saw me drawing and asked if I could draw some animals for a song they will perform for the kiddies. He showed me a drawing he did for another song that was pretty much an assortment of colored stick figures. I thought maybe I might be some help.

Curly sheep
Crocodile. Not my favorite out of the bunch. (I might come up with a second version.)
Hedgehog. I liked the way he came out.
A fish
Kangaroo
Elephant
Giraffe
